Make sure there are less than 5 currencies displayed on screen if so then click on Add button to add a new currency.

How can I add more than 5 currencies?

This is a free version and it does not support more than 5 currencies.

How to delete a currency?

Select any one currency displayed on the screen (if any) and then click on Delete button.

How to use currency calculator?

Select any one currency displayed on the screen (if any) and then click on Calc button.

Why my currency rate showing 0 (Zero)?

It may happen because your network connection was down when this application was trying to get the rates or may be the content provider network was down. Please try after sometime. In this case the rate will be displayed as red color.

Where is the option to update the rates?

There is no such option to request a manual update the rates will updated automatically only when you run the application.

How can I get support for this application?

This is a free application and does not cover any support. However if you have any queries/suggestion/issues please post them in the android market. We will try to get back to you in a timely manner.

How frequently this application update rates from internet?

This application will update the rates in case the content provider network is accessible. The application will update the rates only when it is launched and if there is a gap of 2 hours between each updates.

Why there is a difference in rates between this app and my bank?

The exchange rates provided in this application are those of middle market rates, please check with your local bank or authorized agency to get the exact transaction rate.

Is it reliable to make a decision for a currency transaction based on the rates in this app?

No because the exchange rates provided in this application are those of middle market rates so it is advised if you are taking a decision for currency transaction or what so ever then consider your local market rate and not the middle market rates. The author of this application cannot be held responsible for any such decision.

What is the average resource utilization for this app?

It may vary depending on your device. Under standard usage the memory utilization would be around 7-15MB, and battery utilization would be around 0-2%.There is no background process however the resource will be utilized only when the application is active.

How to use the currency conversion functionality?

Select any one currency displayed on the screen (if any) this action will take you to the currency conversion screen. In this screen provide the amount and click on the calculator icon. Please remember this calculator support both currency conversion i.e. source to destination and also destination to source.
